- thankful for the encouragement sunshine can be, even on gloomy, or emotionally hard days, the light truly lifts spirits - realizing that all good gifts come down from the father of lights and he gives so generously - his Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path, if I will turn to it and let it guide my steps
Thankful for the light that creeps in when the path doesn't seem clear. Just enough to light the next step.
Having the opportunity to see some girls I have mentored shining the light of Jesus in their worlds, to their friends. What joy to see them following Christ.
- Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your father in heaven. Matt 5:16 (one of the first verses I memorized because I worked at a place called Let It Shine and that verse was on the wall)
