  2. Fruit salad with dinner. It makes eveyone happy. Thankful for Aldi.

    Peanut butter energy bites for breakfast. So glad Amanda found and shared this recipe. We always have a batch around now. They are a good healthy choice for a fast breakfast as we are heading out the door in the am.

    Corn beef hash for breakfast yesterday. One of my favorite things about St. Patrick's Day.
