1. A tiny paper mustache that Alyson bent down to pick up off the floor this morning. She said it must be a "mustache seed". I love her sense of humor.
2. Talking to Remy at his level when he has something exciting to tell me. It is easier to see his eyes and his smile that way.
3. The fact that I can still get back up after bending down. My knees sure are creaky and I feel like I'm falling apart sometimes, but am so thankful for the health that I have.
The writing one was too obvious with the birthday cards that just happened to be the same day.
1. Observing the colors on my birthday cupcake confetti 2. Still finding (fake) Christmas tree needles. Makes me smile at how it's a little bit of the "Christmas spirit" sticking around. haha 3. Spiritually, bending low, realizing it is in the valley that the most beautiful flowers are found.
